Become a Member
Main benefits of becoming a DPS member:
- Attend scientific conferences and other events at reduced rates.
- Expand your network and exchange knowledge with other members working in the field.
- Contribute to the research agenda and provide insight on how to design grant applications.
Membership classifications and fees:
- Anyone 30 years of age or older at the beginning of the year is considered a Senior DPS Member (€60 fee), while those under 30 years of age are considered Junior DPS Members (€40 fee).
- The only exception applies to PhD students over 30, who may still be classified as Junior DPS Members (€40 fee).
- Postdoctoral researchers aged 30 or older are officially Senior DPS Members, but they are welcome to participate in Junior DPS events.
- Patient researchers pay a reduced membership fee of €40, regardless of their senior or junior classification.
